Campaign Story

Hello, my name is Lizzi Human. My husband and I have been together since high school, dreaming of the day we’d start a family of our own. For ten years, that dream has felt both close and impossibly far away as we’ve navigated the challenges of infertility. It’s been a journey filled with hope, heartbreak, and so much waiting.

We’ve held onto each other through every appointment, every test, and every quiet moment wondering if our chance would ever come. Recently, a big change in our careers finally gave us a path forward—we now have insurance that helps cover IVF. It felt like a miracle after all this time. But even with that support, the out-of-pocket costs for medications, procedures, and everything else add up quickly, and it’s more than we can manage alone.

That’s why we’re humbly asking for your help. Any contribution you can make will go directly toward our IVF treatment—bringing us one step closer to holding our baby in our arms, and giving our beloved furbabies the little sibling they’ve been waiting for, too.
